You will need to submit transcripts from all postsecondary institutions you have attended. You may upload unofficial transcripts to the online application for the purposes of application review, but official transcripts are required upon admission.

Please note: To be considered an official transcript, the transcript must be sent directly from your institution(s) or through an electronic transcript vendor retained by that institution. -
Submit your current résumé or CV, and be sure to list any relevant professional and academic experience, including volunteer work.
-
Submit an essay of approximately [length] that explains [essay prompt/instructions].

XX letters of recommendation are required. Choose recommenders who can explain how your experience and qualifications have prepared you for academic and professional success. [Insert program-specific requirements for choosing recommenders — i.e., must be a supervisor, etc.] You will submit contact information for your recommenders in the online application.

[H4] Transcript Evaluations
International applicants with degrees from institutions outside the United States are required to submit a copy of their transcripts evaluated by World Education Services (WES) or Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE). An unofficial copy of the WES or ECE evaluation is required for the application process. An official copy of the WES or ECE evaluation may be required if you are admitted into the program.
[H4] TOEFL or IELTS Test Scores
International applicants must submit English proficiency scores. This requirement is waived if your native language is English, or you received the equivalent of a four-year US undergraduate degree in which the main language of instruction was English.
We accept official scores from the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System). While self-reported scores are useful for informal evaluation, the official report of your scores must arrive before final application review.
TOEFL: The [UNIVERSITY NAME] school code for the TOEFL exam is [TOEFL code]. The required minimum score is XX.
IELTS: The [UNIVERSITY NAME] school code for the IELTS exam is [IELTS code]. The required minimum score is XX.
Standardized test scores are reportable for a period of two years from the date of the exam. TOEFL or IELTS exam results more than two years old will not be considered.
